    • Tax Research: Corporate Tax Consultants conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws, rulings, and regulations. They analyze how these changes impact businesses and provide guidance on compliance and tax implications.
    • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Consultants assist businesses in M&A transactions by evaluating the tax implications, structuring deals to minimize tax consequences, and conducting due diligence to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.
    • International Taxation: For businesses operating globally, consultants advise on international tax matters such as transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, tax treaties, and cross-border transactions to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
